HomeGrown : Richard Spears of Keller Williams Realty

Welcome back to the HomeGrown Series! We’re back again with a new entrepreneur, Richard Spears of Keller Williams Realty.
Did you know you could invest in real estate with no money? Let Richard Spears be your financial resource regarding your next investment.
With humble beginnings in Baton Rouge, Rich the Realtor always envisioned himself as a businessman. As a high school student, he started his first business as a party promoter. As a young adult, Richard received inspiration and ideas from a mentor in real estate investments. And from there he began his career in real estate.
Richard spoke to us about the importance of facing and overcoming his fears. He informed us how he conquered his fear of heights; from skydiving to climbing ancient pyramids. Like many of us who have fears about obtaining financing to own a home, Rich the Realtor suggests that you take your time and connect with him.

April is Financial Literacy Month. If you’re in the Greater Baton Rouge area and want to learn more about homeownership or real estate investments follow him on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter at @Richtherealtor_225 or stop by his office 17111 Commerce Drive Ste A in Prairieville.
