Decor on A Budget: You Can't Go Wrong With Candles

Hosting for the holiday season is delightful as you anticipate family, friends, laughter and good food! Whether planning for a traditional dinner, informal family gathering or taking a stab at the trending ‘Friendsgiving’, your choice of décor is equally important as the food on the table.

We gave Lux Nudes, LLC  a $50 budget to design a table setting for Thanksgiving Dinner… her final thoughts?

You can’t go wrong with CANDLES!

As we prepare for guests by gathering recipes and making sure everything is just right, we often find ourselves spending much more than we budgeted. One essential and central necessity to a cozy Thanksgiving holiday is the décor. A nice centerpiece or table ensemble can add the finishing touches!  The good news is this can be done for at any budget by shopping online and at your local decor department stores!
Adding candles to any table setting is a definite way to get that  “luxury look” without the luxury costs. The florals, votives, and vases pictured here purchased from a decor department store like the ones below:

I also purchased a mixed bag of pinecones and acorns and a bag of wood slices for $3.00 each!
The glass vases, large candles, and burlap table runner were purchased at Hobby Lobby during their floral week sale and I used a weekly coupon for my regular priced items (candles and burlap).  The large gold vase was purchased at Marshalls for $14.99. The smaller candles and candleholders were
purchased at Family Dollar for $1 each!!! This look can be easily recreated!! Don’t forget to hang your Fall wreath on the entrance door and light your favorite brand of pumpkin spice scent candle!!
Shop candles, wreaths, and holiday decor that is sure to make you the host with the most below:
