2/25 Day: Jiggalators Fall In

Black Baton Rouge culture is something that needs to be treasured and guarded for life. It’s unique and full of talent, expression and fun. If you’re from Baton Rouge, growing up and listening to Boosie and Trill Fam was a rite of passage. Learning how to jig and cut loose was the only way to party or “go dumb”. On February 25 aka 2/25, we’re celebrating one of our favorite things about Baton Rouge, the music.

In honor of 2/25 Day, beBATONROUGE had DJ Marquis deliver a clean jigging mix, so you can turn up in your office without worrying about your boss killing your vibe. Get your M&M race car jackets and your white Air Force 1’s out and enjoy the classics, both new and old.

What’s your favorite song to jig to? Let us know in the comments.
