Life & Style: Rockin', Knockin' Boots in BR

So it looks like it’s finally getting cold here in Baton Rouge. Cold enough to start pulling out your boots! If you’re looking to buy some new ones this season, as always, we’ve got you covered!

Chloe and I put together a shopping haul, by visiting some of the hottest spots for women’s footwear. Our first stop? Aldo, in the Mall of Louisiana. Aldo always provides quality, with their products being made of genuine leather & suede, no fakes! So when you buy from them you are getting an item that will last you a while, as most boot styles are timeless. Aldo makes it even better by on most occasions offering some sort of sale. Right now the sale is   30% off select boots!

Chloe tried on the  Aurella bootie in bone first, which comes in a variety of colors. You can grab these and use the online Black Friday deals to take advantage of amazing markdowns.

The second style is a black over the knee boot called the ‘Sumers’, which is on sale for $91 (originally $130) Sumers

After her visit to a couple of stores in the mall, Chloe headed on over to Perkins Rowe. First, She stopped in Frock Candy. What I like here is the variety of low cut booties. Their styles cater to more casual looks. So if you’re laid back but want to stay cute, Frock Candy may be the place for you to get your boots. We’ve included some similar styles for you to get the look below too!

Lastly, Chloe ended at Altar’d State which is also in Perkins Rowe. With our unpredictable weather here in Baton Rouge, Altar’d State has your fix with their booties. In addition to cold weather favorite cuts and styles, they offer booties that are peep-toe so you can stay seasonally appropriate & comfortable if it’s a little warm out. Booties like these can also be worn throughout seasons.
Each store has something to offer anyone, so you’re bound to find a boot that you like between the three. Aldo has the most variety ranging from dress boots to casual, while also offering various lengths, heel types, textures, & colors. Frock Candy is the most affordable with price points around $30-$40 without being on sale. Altar’d State has the more seasonally transitional styles that you can wear in different weather conditions.
If none of these tickle your fancy here are some other options from around the web for mix-weathered styles and different price points :
